1. Acceptance of these terms
These terms apply whenever you request a quote, order a sample or place an order with Gen-Z Fashion Apparel (Pakistan). Approving a quote or paying a deposit means you accept them. If anything in a signed quote differs from these terms, the quote wins for that order.
2. Our services
We manufacture custom and private label clothing: cut and sew production, private label on our blanks, sampling, tech packs and design support, decoration (DTG, DTF, screen print, puff print, high-density print, embroidery, 3D puff embroidery, chenille patches, sublimation and heat transfer), labels and packaging. What we make for you, in what quantity and at what price, is set out in your quote.
3. Your designs and intellectual property
Your designs, artwork, logos and patterns stay yours, including any tech pack or pattern we create for you once its fee is paid. You confirm you have the right to use everything you send us. We never reuse or sell your designs to another customer, and we keep your plans confidential. Yes, we sign your NDA before you send designs. We only show finished pieces in our portfolio with your written permission.
4. Orders, quotes and pricing
Every quote is itemised and valid for 30 days. Prices are published on our Pricing page and depend on fabric, decoration, labels, packaging and quantity: for example hoodies from $15–25, t-shirts from $8–18, sweatpants from $20–40, jackets from $20–40, caps from $12–22 and jeans from $22–40 per piece. Minimums are 100 pieces for private label and 100 per style for cut and sew. Sizes can be split any way you like within a style, and each colour needs its own minimum. Samples cost $40–120, are paid up front, and include 2 revision rounds. Credited in full against a bulk order of the same style. Bulk production starts only after you approve the sample in writing. First-order offer: new customers get 10% off the manufacturing cost of their first bulk order. It does not apply to samples, design fees, shipping or duties, is limited to one order per customer, and cannot be combined with other offers.
5. Payment
A 50% deposit confirms your order and books production. The balance is due after final QC photos, before we dispatch. We accept Wise, bank transfer (SWIFT) and card via a secure payment link. Prices are in US dollars (USD); bank and currency-conversion fees are yours. If the balance is late, dispatch waits until it is paid.
6. Production times and shipping
Samples take 15–20 working days and bulk takes 20–25 working days from deposit and sample approval. These are honest estimates: if a date moves, we tell you the same day. We ship express air (5–7 days) or sea freight (25–35 days), quoted DDP or FOB, your choice. Duties and import taxes: You do on FOB orders; on DDP we include them in the quote. Risk passes to you as set by the incoterm on your quote.
7. Quality, returns, refunds and warranty
Every order goes through a 5-stage quality check, and you get photos before dispatch. If goods arrive defective or don't match the approved sample, tell us within 14 days of delivery with photos, and we remake or refund the defective pieces at our cost, including shipping. Because every order is made to your design, we can't accept returns or give refunds for a change of mind. Normal industry tolerances apply: ±1–1.5 cm on measurements and ±3% on quantity.
8. Cancellations
You can cancel free of charge before the deposit is paid, and after that until fabric is cut. If you cancel after production has started, we charge for the fabric, trims and work already done and refund the rest of your deposit.
9. Limitation of liability
Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not responsible for indirect losses such as lost sales or a missed launch date. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Privacy
We use your details only to quote, make and deliver your order and to reply to you. How we collect, store and protect them is explained in our Privacy Policy.
11. Disputes and governing law
If something goes wrong, contact us first and we will work to put it right quickly. These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and any dispute we cannot settle between us goes to the courts of Pakistan.
12. Using this website
Please don't copy our content or images, try to break or overload the site, or submit false information through our forms. We may update the site and these terms; the version published here on the date you order is the one that applies.

Our site may link to other websites, such as payment or courier pages. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or policies.
