What is the minimum order for custom cap?
50 pieces per style. Sizes can be split any way within a style; each colour needs its own minimum.
How much do custom hats and caps cost?
$12–22 per piece at 50 pieces, depending on fabric, wash, hardware and decoration. Exact quote in 24 hours.
Hat minimum?
50 pieces per style and colour. Mixed sizes do not apply to one-size caps; beanies are one size, in a stretch rib knit that fits most adults.
Can you do 3D embroidery?
Yes. 3D (puff) embroidery works best on bold shapes and letters above 10 mm. Fine detail goes flat.
Do caps come with a custom inside label?
Yes. Woven inside label and sweatband print, minimums 50 per design for woven labels, printed labels and hang tags.
