How fast will I hear back?

Within 24 hours on working days, Monday to Saturday, 9am to 6pm, Pakistan time (GMT+5). If your request is complete you get an itemised quote; if not, you get the two or three questions we need answered. Weekends and Pakistan public holidays are not counted.

Do you talk to brands that have not launched?

Yes. Pick "Not started yet". We do not need a company, a website or a logo. Many of our customers sent a sketch and a question first. You will get the same reply speed as a repeat customer.

Is my design safe with you?

Yes. Your files are used only to quote and make your order and are not shared or reused. Yes, we sign your NDA before you send designs. Our full confidentiality terms are in the Terms and Conditions.

What is the minimum order?

50 pieces for private label, 100 per style for cut and sew. Full details and prices are on the Pricing and MOQ page. If you are below the minimum, start with a sample or the Sample Kit.
